Eames Dinner

'To be a good host' – being good hosts was a central philosophy for Charles and Ray Eames. In this spirit, we are pleased to invite you to an exclusive Eames Dinner on the Vitra Campus. Gain fascinating insights into the life's work of the Eames family and learn interesting facts about design and architecture during a short lecture accompanying the delicious 3-course meal.

The two Eames Dinners will take place on 11 October and 8 November from 6.30 to 10.30pm in Vitra's stylish company cafeteria. The meeting point is at 6.15pm in front of the Vitra Campus Gatehouse (North Campus).

The ticket price includes:

• Aperitif with finger food and welcome drink
• Three-course menu (starter, main course and dessert) including wine accompaniment and beverages

Starter

• Mini-sourdough bread with garlic and herbs
• Quiche with mushrooms, caramelised onions and mozzarella
• Tacos with artichokes and avocado slaw

Wine pairing: Zotz Riesling (dry), 0.1 l

Main course

1. Flank steak | sweet potato gratin | cranberries | gravy | carrot mousse
2. Nut dumplings | sweet potato puree | cherry tomato ragout

Wine pairing: 2020 Burkheimer Pinot Noir (Bercher) 0.2 l

Dessert

1. Homemade donuts with berries
2. Mini-Eames chocolate cakes
