We will ship your order using the most reliable method possible. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.

Delivery within the Contiguous States
We deliver within the United States and work with the couriers FedEx or UPS as well as a number of different freight forwarders. Order value is calculated before tax.
Parcels will be delivered directly to your home. If you require special services, for example unpacking or assembly, please add a corresponding remark in the "Comment" field when placing your order.

The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are protected from damage during transport. The goods are insured against shipping damage and their condition is recorded before dispatch. Please check the packaging before opening it and photograph any external damage. In the unlikely event that the product has also been damaged, the logistics company must be informed directly upon delivery. Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the goods ordered. See the following overview for prices. When ordering several products, the delivery charge for the bulkiest product applies.

Parcel Small – $29.00
Delivery time: 2-7 business days

Parcel Medium– $69.00
Delivery time: 2-7 business days

Parcel Large – $299.00
Delivery time: 2-7 business days

Freight Carrier – $399.00
Curbside delivery to your place of residence. The typical delivery window is 2-7 business days from the day your order is shipped. Standard Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materials.

In-home Delivery - $499.00
Includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, assembly and placement in your room of choice and removal of all packing materials. The delivery window for In-home service is typically 2–3 weeks from the day your order is shipped. Due to size, weight or fragility, we recommend the use of In-home service on select items (noted in their product descriptions). White Glove Delivery does not include wall mounting or structural changes. Saturday, Sunday and holiday deliveries are also available for an additional charge.


Desired delivery period

By selecting a desired delivery period, you have the option of delaying the earliest possible delivery: you can postpone the standard scheduled delivery to a later time, thus ensuring that goods are not delivered until you have returned from a planned absence – for example a holiday. The delivery times indicated are indicative and approximate values. That is why the desired delivery period selected does not represent a binding delivery date.
